Brilliant customer service.! I ordered a new brake because the front calliper started to leak. I didn’t know that UK bikes have the brakes at the opposite side to other countries. Consequently the brake that arrived was the left lever not the right. I asked if I could exchange the brake I had ordered for a right lever with a short cable for the front. At first I was asked to pay carriage. Then I was told a new cable would be sent. I actually received BOTH brake cables complete with pipes, callipers and brake pads.
